Awaiting for the arrival of Cayden..

Yeah.. It's been a long time since Mama Lim has last blogged.. As Mama Lim is heavily pregnant now.. Oh.. now it's already close to week 39.. And Didi Cayden Lim will be out soon I hope.. lol.. Papa Lim and Mama Lim just went for our weekly check up for Baby Cayden Lim.. Looks like Didi still not ready to see us.. coz his head is engage but not facing down yet..

Mama Lim has already started her maternaity leave from 1 SEpt .. Been lazing around.. eating and putting on weight.. lol Not to mention.. At wk 39, Mama already at weight 62.4kg and Cayden is 3.2kg..

Well, for the last 2-3 wks, basically our little family will have our weekly outing on the wkends.. and now.. for the past 2 wks.. we have also been indulging on a wkly ice-cream craving which Mama Lim have too.. lol.. Yeah.. it's at Gelare of coz.. where they have the Tuesday Waffle nite.. WAffle going at half price.. yeah.. waffles only.. not the ice-cream..
oh.. and we took Little Princess Chloe for a ride too..

Singapore Flyer

The family went out together to the Singapore Flyer on 26 July 2008 coz 姑姑had free tickets for us to go there.. So our little family was invited.. Had a great time.. coz it was all of our first time to the Singapore Flyer..
It's a nice place.. and it just happen that on the same day they were having the NDP rehersal.. so manage to catch quite a couple of fighting jets flying around performing... wow.. it's a big eye opener for all of us... imagine.. up there and high.. it was certainly a close experience with the "Dark Knight".. from Singapore Airforce..

A Day out for breakfast

Last week... On Mama Lim's one of the off day.. Mama Lim decides to bring Little Chloe
out for breakfast...Wanted to go to our usual spot at Mac but end up at Burger King...
Coz.. it was quite pack and not too sure anybody will help us to carry the tray.. lol























































































After the breakfast tat morning.. little chloe went home to put on the crown for
Papa Lim and say"King" and so Mama Lim was also named "Queen" by our little
princess Chloe..

"Chloe 2 Years old Birthday"

Just Wanna say "Happy Birthday to my darling Chloe"
We had a simple birthday celebration 2 days before the actualy birthday
with our family and her cousins.. like Mama Lim mentioned before..
Mama Lim will try to work out a better celebration for Chloe the next year..

Here's a little letter that Mama Lim have written for her baby Chloe:

"Dear Darling Chloe, you never know how much you mean to mummy..
The 2 years of taking care of you make me realise that mummy have
already grow up too together with you..

You make me realised that life cannot be complete without you..
When you came along 2 years ago, I know it is the beginning of my life..
You make me realise that been a mother it's the best job that any woman
can apply for and ask for..

My wish for now is to be able to take real care of you when you need me..
I'll be always there for you when you are happy, sad and angry..
I want to let you know that you will not walk this life alone..
Just as how much God have love us.. I can fully understand now,
how much one can give when you really love someone..

There maybe time of unhappiness, when mummy refuse to let you watch
your favourite Barney.. but I just want you to know tat I care for you..

So from this day on, and in another 2 months time..
Mummy will give you another present that you will treasure all your life..
He is your little Brother.. Cayden his name will be..
Didi, Didi.. I know you will love him just as much as I love you..
Let us all share this special moments together when your little
Didi Cayden when he will be out soon to share this happiness..

So it was 1 hour for 1 hour free.. $12 for a total 2 hours of fun..
Of coz.. PaPa Lim cannot handle Chloe for the whole of 2 hours..
We left after playing for about slight more than and an hour or so.. :P

Would like to upload another 2 photo of master piece that Little Chloe had done last month.. June 16. But of coz, in between she has already created many other pieces od drawing already. But these 2 are the one that I've taken photos.. We'll see how little Chloe will take it from there.. :)

Busy Mummy ....

Looks like nowaday been mummy is not an easy task.. kekeke.. coz little Chloe has not been a good gal.. coz she have been throwing tantrum recently... And Mama Lim also have been having off day recently.. so Little Chloe has been very sticky to Mama..

Hmm.. Somethings I wonder it is becoz Mama Lim is pregnant now.. hahaha.. heavily pregnant.. tat she see something is different?? Tat like wat other mummies will say tat when kids know tat mummy is having another one.. they tend to be more sticky??

Little Chloe is still attending class on Shichida.. and recently the Shichida programme was also introduce on TV. And it was a huge hit that classes is once again full pack.. i've yet to put up Little Chloe term review for the 3rd term. But will try to do it during the next week..

In fact, Little Chloe is going to be 2 years old by next week. 18 July 2008. Papa Lim and Mama Lim intending to celebrate Little Chloe birthday this year by having a small family celebration. We feel tat since it is 2 years old.. we try to make it a small affair.. And Mama Lim been pregnant now.. Mama Lim promise Little Chloe to have a bigger birthday party next year ok.. when Mama Lim starts having her earning power again.. We'll gonna have a theme party.. And I'm sure Chloe will enjoy more next year with her friends when they are grow up a bit more to enjoy the party.. :)



Ya, I've downloaded all these photo after using Papa Lim PC.. and saw all these cute photo tat Papa Lim had.. wants to keep a good memories of these photos in this site.. You know it's never easy to source out photos when nowaday everything is going softcopy instead of printing out those photos in your good old friendly neighbourhood Shop. :P

I just love seeing Little Chloe wearing cap or hats ..so sweet..

Chloe off to her 1st Barney Show in Suntec

This is the first time Papa Lim actually writing a blog for our beloved daughter, Chloe.

As some of you are aware, Chloe's favourite Tv character is none other than the Purple Dino, Barney...... So both Mama and Papa decided to buy 2 tickets and bring Chloe to see Barney "Live" in Suntec Convention Centre on the 6th June.

As we do not want to be stuck in the crowd, we reached Suntec at around 6pm to have our dinner at Sizzler and Chloe will be able to have her favourite fruits for dessert. In suntec, there are kids all around carrying their Barney, Baby Bop and BJ soft toys and of course, Chloe has her own Barney toy that we bought from Terminal 3 and her haversack.

After a fantastic dinner of steak and salad buffet, we head to the convention centre and in there, Mama decided to buy a t-shirt and a torch for Chloe. A torch is a "must" for these shows, that what Mama Claims. After we are uehered to our seats, Mama excused herself for a moment and the show actually starts in her absence. when music starts, Chloe was puzzled...... What is going on????? She must be thinking. I am in a dark place and suddenly,,,, Barney music comes form nowhere...

Hmmm....... Strange... And of of a sudden, the Purple Dino appear right in front of her and she was SHOCKED.... Oh Barney........ And at this time, Mama is back... And we start the show. throughout the show, Chloe is just mesmerized by what she saw and unlike toher kids who are swiinging and singing, Chloe just STARED and after 35 mins, its break time. And it is only during the break that she kept on asking for Barney and started singing. And now, she is warmed up.... But think the break of 20 mins is too long and when the show starts, Chloe starts to get sleepy.... Haha..... However, she kept her eyes opened till the end and both Mama and me beleieved that she enjoyed it very much....

So the show has ended and its time to hewad back home... Chloe fell asleep once she is in the car and I supposed she must be dreaming of Barney in her sleep......

Little Chloe on a weekday..

After what we have attempted to do last week for her painting.. Mama Lim finally let Little Chloe try her hands on the paint again... :P
Well, it could be quite messy to have a 22 months to try to use her hand or to use a brush to try to paint... But Mama Lim thinks tat it still work out well for little Chloe..

As you can see that this time round painting.. I can see that Chloe try to use the brush to paint circle.. just keep turning.. which is a new attempt than the first try.. at least got shape..lol

Mama Lim manage to capture little Chloe after 1 of her class to Kindermusik.. Chloe is in "Our Time" class now.. and she just love it.. and we are back in the arms of Teacher Shauna.. who's a sweet teacher i think.. :P

Oh.. Little Chloe also had a new hair cut on 22 May 2008 Sunday.. if u can see.. neater lah..

Little Chloe First 2 Painting.. 22 May 2008

Just uploaded Little Chloe painting... have bought the poster colour in Popular last week.. only had the time to let her start painting only today.. Coz today is Mama Lim off day.. And as per normal today is Thursday.. So Little Chloe went for her Kindermusiz Class in the morning class..

After tat we went for a Happy MEal.. :P Mummy wants to eat the Cheese burger actually and so little Chloe will take the Apple Dipper from the meal.. :P

Yeah.. And Papa Lim is back from Germany already.. so glad.. and Mama Lim can survived for that 8 days without papa lim... :P well... hope Papa will adjust back to the time clock in Singapore soon... And 3 Cheers for Man Utd.. for winning both the EPL and Champion Legue cup... :)

Recently, had some family outing with 舅舅,舅夷,妹妹Jerence,公公and婆婆.

Chloe Adventures Part 1

Mama Lim have already recovered from the flu virus already.. Now, from Saturday onward.. Papa Lim's not in town.. He have went to Germany for about 1 week ..

So Mama Lim and Baby Chloe have been "Home Alone" at home.. hehehe.. of coz, with granny, grandpa and all the 姑姑, 哥哥,姐姐 at home too..


After daddy left on Saturday nite, Sunday was a madness for Mama Lim.. kekeke.. Imagine all these while Papa Lim have been a great help.. oppss.. or should I say tat Mama is actually the assistance to Papa Lim.. kekeke.. Since the Real guy not around.. Mama also like a 紧张spider like tat.. :P

So the above movie was taken when we went to breakfast with 姑姑姑子奶奶姐姐 at our favourite hang out place.. Ikea Tampines... full of people for breakfast... be sure to be early.. if not, be prepared to queue up..omg.. :P

Went back home to let Little Chloe catch up with her precious sleeping or napping time before our wekkly Shichida Class... As per normal.. rush like mad, got to get Little Chloe to bath and change and Mama Lim need to change too.. hahaha.. coz got alot of things to prepare.. coz it Mother Day... so need to prepare an extra milk for her to drink too..

Term Report

Areas of Good Potential

Chloe is a very lovable and adorable child. She has begun to respond well in class this term through body language, Great Progress! Chloe uses fine and gross motor skills to carry out finger training and physical exercises. She responds positively to songs, flashcard and stories. She is able to grasp IQ, Math and Language concepts rather well. She enjoys dancing and has good ESP senses. Great improvement in social ability!! Good Job Chloe!

Suggestion for Improvement

Chloe has been showing much involvement and interest in a ll areas. Parents may want to continue quality home practice!

- Read books

- Flash more cards

- Involve puzzles and blocks

- Practice using spoon, fork, chopsticks

- Input new information: - science concepts (solar system) – health education

Parental Strength

Dad is very delighted to see Chloe’s progress in class. Mom and Dad have very easy going personality. They are able to participate well in all the games together with Chloe. Superb!

Good Friday...

Yes.. it was Good EAster Friday yesterday.. had breakfast with my sis in laws and mother in law.. big family.. 11 of us.. hahhaa.. should be in church yeah.. kekeke.. were having breakfast at Ikea.. after tat we went our separates way.. our little family went to bring Chloe to her first outing to Fishfarm at Pasir Ris.. sorry never take photo.. but we were so amazed to see a real big fish there.. think is was longer than PapaLim man... the fish called 巨龙. English too difficult a name to remember.. hahaha..

After tat we went back home to sleep.. yes.. little Chloe slept even before she reached home... Than mummy think of wat to cook for the little family of 3.. kekeke.. family mama lim got chance to cook.. since grandma not around...

We went to Tampines mall to have ice cream.. keke.. mummy just love eating ice cream nowaday..
